How do you run Soba Labs?
The same way we build for clients: as an AI-native, closed-loop company. Every call, task, and decision becomes queryable state in markdown, git, and Postgres, and our own agents handle the middle (retrieval, drafting, routing, and follow-up) while people stay on the decisions. Running this way is our edge: it is how we deliver in days, and we only sell systems we already trust to run ourselves.
How can the price be fixed when AI work feels uncertain?
We scope a defined outcome with you and put one number on it before we start. If it takes longer than planned, that is our cost, not yours.
What happens after the call?
If there is a fit, you get a written proposal with the outcome, the fixed price, and the timeline. No discovery retainer, no open-ended workshop.
Why not just build this in-house?
You can, and sometimes you should. But a production agentic system is not a prototype: it needs retrieval, evaluations, controls, and monitoring to stay reliable as models change.
