How do you run Soba Labs?
The same way we build for clients: as an AI-native, closed-loop company. Every call, decision, and deliverable becomes queryable state in markdown, git, and Postgres, and our own agents handle the middle while people stay on the decisions. We run on the system before we sell it.
How can the price be fixed when AI work feels uncertain?
We scope a defined outcome with you and put one number on it before we start. If it takes longer than planned, that is our cost, not yours.
Why not just build this in-house?
You can, and sometimes you should. But a production agentic system needs retrieval, evaluations, controls, and monitoring to stay reliable as models change. We deliver that as a finished outcome in days, you own the result, and if in-house is the better call we will say so on the first call.
Is this a product we license, or built for us?
